Excelsior, Inc., a management consulting company specializing in hiring, developing and retaining talented people is seeking an EXPERIENCED and SUCCESSFUL Inside Sales person to join our sales team. Your responsibilities will include calling our prospect database, introducing our services, qualifying the leads and then setting appointments for the outside sales team. The person we are seeking is results-oriented, pro-active, and organized. You must have a proven successful track record of generating between 8-20 qualified appointments per month. You must be highly proficient with utilizing CRM applications and the MS Office Suite.
