Our Dental Systems Group develops and markets an assortment of consumables, software applications and equipment used by Dentists, Orthodontists and Oral Surgeons around the world. Our products sell under a variety of leading brands such as Kodak Dental Systems, Orthotrac, PracticeWorks, SoftDent, and Trophy. While our traditional dental film business is firmly established as the market leader, our software and digital equipment are quickly gaining a reputation for leading-edge design and functionality.

General Summary:

Under minimum supervision, initiates and responds to calls to solicit customer and non-customer product demonstrations and system add-ons.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Initiates outbound calls to dental offices to uncover/ analyze customer needs and set on site and web based product demonstrations for outside sales team
Conducts telephone and mail marketing to identify, develop and qualify customer/ prospect lists.
Responds to incoming customer calls to obtain orders for software add on licenses, answers to current customer questions, and set on site product demonstrations
Prepares appropriate documentation for sold orders (support of outside sales team)
Responsible for maintaining customer database.

Requirements:

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Knowledge of company functions, product capabilities, service options, hardware configurations, productions and marketing policies.
Excellent organizational skills.
Excellent oral and written communications skills.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or relation field OR equivalent work experience
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Fluent in French and English a MUST
Two (2) plus years relevant experience
Experience in dental marketplace desired
