" National leader in providing quality housing and healthcare options for America's seniors is recruiting for Regional Director of Sales & Marketing for the Florida region. This position will will cover roughly 10 communities throughout Arkansas and Mississippi. This position is responsible for consulting with operations directors and marketing representatives, directing sales activity, and implementing area marketing objectives to increase market share resulting in improved occupancy and revenues for multiple communities. This position requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years experience in sales and/or marketing with at least 2 years in healthcare. Excellent communication, follow-up, analytical and supervisory skills combined with a strong work ethic are required. Ability to demonstrate knowledge of sales management expertise with proven personal sales results is a must. Training skills and knowledge of the medical and senior referral community are a plus.
