Sales Manager-OPEN TO CANDIDATES NATIONWIDE

Drive sector revenues by using sector experience, product knowledge, solution packaging and sales expertise to deliver revenue and win/retain business relationships; Manage high performance sales team
Provide Sales Expertise to team; act as senior liaison on deals involving LLS applications
Take on role as deal strategist, understand positioning of LLS products and solutions and competitive environment Work with LLS Product and Marketing teams in the development of product positioning statements and sales materials Identify new market opportunities and risks as appropriate
Manage the Deal Pipeline Process from Identification through to Implementation Assemble the appropriate deal team Work with product and market management to package the best solution to meet the customers needs Champion complex deals or multi-product opportunities through an organizational deal review process Drive client communications including RFPs and pitch books in coordination with RFP unit and other areas within LLS Re-evaluate cross sell opportunities that relate specifically to the deal Negotiate key terms with client/resolving issues between product and client Interface with the product and market management organizations on deal pricing and coordinate cross-product pricing Ensure efficient and effective transition to the implementation and ensure timely, steady ramp up of new business Ensure lost deals are properly documented including why we lost and to which competitor; develop strategies that incorporate learning from lost bids
Manage and mentor sales team Monthly portfolio analysis and discussion with each team member including: Sector analysis (volume trend/performance) Application mapping Opportunity pipeline review Strategize on key deals Identify and strategize on contract renewals Quarterly performance evaluation of team members; including skills assessment Coordination of administrative tasks such as pricing approvals, time sheets, etc. Communicate gaps/opportunities in our sales positioning materials
Metrics will include (but are not limited to) the following: Value of Sales wins and losses Win/Loss Ratio Pipeline Sales Cycle Aging Statistics Customer satisfaction with regard to deal sales process
Requirements:
Individual should have 10+ years sales management experience Strong and demonstrated communication, influence and negotiation skills Experience in delivering results and meeting financial plans Recognized for his or her sales process execution Excellent client interaction skills Knowledge of Language Services industry and related products Travel 60% or more
