Now Hiring - Property Manager in Avon, NC

Surf or Sound Realty is actively seeking a full time, year-round experienced and licensed Property Manager for our Avon, NC office. This position will work 40+ hours a week and requires work on the weekend.

Summary
This position is responsible for building strong relationships with homeowners and collaborating with other departments to maintain our homes at the highest level and optimize the owner and guest experience.

Essential Functions

• Establish and maintain strong homeowner relations through consistent, robust and timely communication.
• Partner with homeowners to ensure each property meets our high standards by leveraging guest feedback and home assessments.
• Collaborate with Reservations, Housekeeping and Maintenance teams to ensure owner and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure successful resolution of guest complaints, while maintaining fiduciary duty to homeowners.
• Interact with consumer oversight organizations as needed.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets.
• Ability to multi-task, work in fast paced environment and have a high-level attention to detail.

Physical Requirements
Physical activities may include climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, walking, standing, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and performing repetitive motions. Employee must have the ability lift up to 20 pounds occasionally. Must be able to climb three to four flights of stairs every Saturday. Able to work in all weather conditions.

Working Conditions
Work is preformed primarily inside but you will be subject to extreme heat, sun, wind, blowing sand, rain and cold.

Minimum Qualifications

• North Carolina Real Estate license is required.
• Graduation from high school or GED equivalency.
• Property management or hospitality experience is preferred.
• Ability to connect with a variety of personalities on the phone and in person.
• North Carolina Real Estate license is required.
• Must have experience with computers and be willing to learn new software.
• Must be able to work on weekends.
• Ability to multi-task while being detail orientated.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
