The primary role of this position would be as a treatment coordinator with marketing roles as a secondary role. For treatment coordination, experience with a "sales" position where the best interest of patient/customer is at heart is necessary. The Treatment Coordinator promotes and sells the practice to prospective clients and is responsible for meeting goals for enrollment of new patients. We have excellent systems and a practice that will provide you with the training and systems needed to achieve excellent results and performance. The qualified candidate would have high "people" skills and care deeply about getting our patients to the smile of their dreams.

Compensation level based on qualifications and experience. The position would have significant bonus compensation based on performance of the practice and achieving goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Carry out consultations with our orthodontist, help patients with starting their smile journey
• Follow up on all pending patients per protocol until ready to start treatment.
• Proper documentation of any correspondence with insurance companies or patients in patients' charts.
• Assist in backing up other administrative duties as they may become necessary throughout the day or staff shortages.
• Marketing role:
• Management of our analog marketing efforts through relationships with general dentist offices and direct to patients.
• Management of social media accounts and office engagement. Digital ads for FB/Insta/website are run by a 3rd party company, but you'd need to coordinate with them with photos/videos etc.

Position Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as treatment coordinator or patient care coordinator.
• Demonstrable people skills in relating to patients and motivating patients to take first steps.
• Reliable work ethic in completing tasks efficiently and follow up with detail.
• Proficient in computer software and ability to learn and use other dental and task management software efficiently.
• Desire and ability to learn and improve constantly. We will train you on our systems but you must be willing and open to learn and implement.
• Responsible for all NP and Pre-treatment patients.
• Responsible for boots on the ground marketing with local dentists and community
• Marketing the OBS program to the patient and professional database.
• Monitoring all OBS patients to ensure they are in the correct OBS status.
• Maintaining the Pending System with phone calls, emails and invitations.
• Tracking all Pending calls on the Pending Log, per protocol.
• Tracking all NPE, per protocol.
• Answer telephones and greet/seat patients as needed.
• Reviewing the schedule daily, weekly & monthly to ensure NPE / OBS appts. are filled.
• Monthly and Annual Planning Meeting NPE/OBS Reports.
