Mack Sales & Marketing is an Independent Rep Agency serving the Janitorial markets. We represent multiple floorcare-oriented manufactures over a 5-state area. Currently, we are looking to hire a Cleveland-area based Inside Sales Marketing Manager

Specific Responsibilities:

Full time Inside Sales and Marketing Associate needed to assist in creating and sending marketing materials, including flyers, e-blasts and social media posts. Call on existing customers and follow up on new leads as directed. Effectively communicate products to potential customers and offer customer service to existing accounts. Job responsibilities include but aren’t limited to:

· Making and receiving calls to and from current customers

· Cold-calling to generate new business as necessary

· Assist and create industry-based marketing materials and social media

· Ability to complete hands-on training of equipment and janitorial supplies

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree and/or Military Experience

· 3 Years sales, customer service and/or insides sales experience

· Social Media Marketing experience

· Experience with CRM

· Competency in using Microsoft Office Suite

· Excellent Time Management Skills

· Strong interpersonal skills, with logical problem-solving abilities

· Strong electronic communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
